• Self-Evaluation Only: Service is for self-evaluation and practice only. Not a substitute for formal education, guarantee of exam performance, certification, or tutoring.
• No Performance Guarantee: We do NOT guarantee accuracy of results, improvement in academic performance, or specific marks/grades.

2. Content Disclaimer

• System-Generated Content: Questions/answers are system-generated or sourced. We disclaim responsibility for errors.
• Answer Accuracy: Answers may be incorrect, explanations may contain errors.
• Question Quality: May contain typos, grammatical mistakes, or be outdated.
• Content Classification: Metadata (subject, chapter, etc.) may be incorrect.
• Image Errors: Images/diagrams may be missing or corrupted.
• Content Reporting: You may report issues, but we are not obligated to fix them. Reporting does not entitle compensation.
• No Liability: We are not liable for ANY consequences arising from content errors (e.g., poor exam performance, wasted time). You use content at your own risk.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Pricing: Subject to change. Prices in INR. User pays taxes.
• Payment Methods: Razorpay, UPI. Valid payment info required.
• Refund Policy: All sales final. No refunds for partial use or content dissatisfaction. Refunds at our discretion for errors.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Service and content (excluding user content) owned by EduNxtAI.
• License: Limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: No copying, distributing, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial use.

6. User-Generated Content

• Report Submissions: We can use your reports/feedback without attribution.
• Prohibited Content: No illegal, harmful, malicious, or infringing content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "AS IS" without warranties.

• We are NOT liable for indirect/consequential damages, lost profits, academic failures, or emotional distress.
• Liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EduNxtAI from claims arising from your use/misuse of Service, violation of Terms, or content submission.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

• Availability: Uninterrupted service not guaranteed. Maintenance may occur.
• Modifications: We may change features/content or Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Termination

• By You: Contact support or use app features. No refunds.
• By Us: Immediate termination for violations, fraud, etc.
